History of Multimedia Age
1991~2000At the beginning of the 1990's, broadcasting was placed in a different environment due to the rapid development of digital technology and promulgation of the Internet. The competition between the media became fiercer as the broadcasting environment began to embrace changes such as conversion into multimedia and multichannel. Nonetheless, it was also an opportunity to expand the area of broadcasting and develop a new business model. MBC adopted to the changes and played a leading role in the broadcasting environment by taking initiatives in the area.
